Wedding Offerings

Good morning!

With wedding season right around the corner, today I want to go over the services I offer the brides-to-be!

Every couple is unique, and that is exactly why my approach is unique to you.  We will sit down over coffee (or maybe some wine) and discuss your vision, concerns, and what your excited about!  More than anything, I want you feeling so comfortable with me as your planner.  This is such a special day in your life and you need to feel at peace about your vendors, most importantly your wedding planner.

Once I have a better understanding of your vision and your needs in terms of a planner, I will put together a personalized proposal.  Some brides love a high level of involvement from the very beginning, while others just want a little help bringing their vision to life the month of their wedding.  I am so happy to offer full planning, partial planning and month of coordination to accommodate your needs and budget.

Below are some of the bigger items I love assisting brides with.  If you don’t see something on the list- just ask!

  1. Venue selection
  2. Group hotel arrangements
  3. Complete vendor management
  4. Floral design
  5. Cake
  6. Décor- wedding & reception
  7. Menu selection
  8. Photographer selection
  9. Videographer selection
  10. Wedding weekend itinerary development
  11. Vendor timeline
  12. Transportation selection and coordination
  13. Invitations
  14. Wedding/reception stationary
  15. Bridal styling
  16. Guest book ideas
  17. Floor plan
  18. Entertainment
  19. Guest favors and room gifts
  20. Hair stylist and make-up artist selection
  21. Rehearsal dinner planning & execution

I love all celebrations, big and small, and for many of us brides planning is half the fun!  As a wedding planner, I throw in little surprises throughout the process to make sure you and your fiancé are taking some much needed timeout to celebrate!

As you can see, I can be there with you from day 1 of planning or assist with selected aspects of the planning process.  I hope this gives you a better understanding of what I can offer you and your groom.  Next week, I’ll provide a more detailed post on what I do as a wedding & event planner and why hiring a wedding planner is the way to go!

Have a blessed Monday!

Lauren
